Hello Everyone. Please remember that we have marching band rehearsal this week on Tuesday and Thursday from 3:30-4:45 in preparation for the Monroe Parade. Sunday's schedule is below, if you have any questions let me know.
11:15 - Students arrive at school and load trailers and dress
11:50 - Load Buses
12:00 - Leave for downtown Monroe
12:30 - Arrive at set up location
2:00 - Parade Starts
4:00 - Parade is over
5:00 - Students are dismissed.

Autobell Car Wash Fundraiser: FINAL WEEK!

Band Parents,
This is the FINAL WEEK for the annual Autobell Car Wash Fundraiser. All sale orders must be turned in to Mr. Owens by Friday, November 14th.
This is one of just a few large Fundraisers supporting the Weddington Band Programs each year. So please encourage your students to sell, sell, sell this week!
And remember - each student is required to sell at least 6 car wash tickets to participate in the Winter Band "Lock-In". The top 3 sellers will also have the opportunity to help plan this event with Mr. Owens and the Band Boosters.
It is time again to LINK your VIC Card to the Weddington High School Band Boosters. You can do this on Harris Teeter's web site, or you can do this in person at any store. Even if you have done this in the past you have to do it again now for the 2008-09 school year. The number you will need to use is: 5042. This costs you nothing yet helps support the WHS Band Programs throughout the year.
