We are requesting a minimum order of 13
items per student to help meet our goals! • Please make
sure student’s name is on the order form • All payments should be
made payable to “ WHS BAND BOOSTERS”
• The cookie dough order & complete payment for the order must
be in no later than Monday October 10,
2011
• The filled orders should be received by the 1st or 2nd
week of November for distribution by the students… well before
Thanksgiving |

***WHS Band Room - Mandatory Marching Band meeting for any students interested in marching next year***
* Approval of a new treasurer and officers for the boosters.
* Approval of the budget for next year.
* Paperwork will need to be filled out for the marching season.
* Music will be given to students.
* Copies of the schedule will be available.
* A $50 non-refundable deposit will be due. If you have 2 or more children in the band it will be a $75 non-refundable
deposit. |

7/24/2011 - Harris Teeter "VIC CARD" Update
It is time again to LINK your VIC Card
to the Weddington High School Band Boosters. You can do this on Harris Teeter's
web site, or you can do this in person at any store. Even if you have done this
in the past you have to do it again now for the 2011-12 school year. The number
you will need to use is: 5042. This costs you nothing yet
helps support the WHS Band Programs throughout the year.
